A former Tidal employee has filed a lawsuit against Jay Z’s company for allegedly firing her over a request for a private room where she could use her breast pump. Lisette Paulson claims the day after made her request in 2015, she was fired.
According to the reporter Paulson says it was Jay’s trusted confidante and Tidal’s Chief Operating Officer Desiree Perez who responded to her request by asking her to use the bathroom, but Paulson refused.
