Young Thug's Christmas shopping got short-circuited by a pair of handcuffs ... when he got busted by police in a fancy Atlanta mall.
Officers perp walked the rapper through Lenox Square Mall Thursday night. Law enforcement sources tell us he was initially cited for tinted windows on his vehicle, but once he was pulled over ... cops found a warrant for failure to appear in court.
He was booked for the warrant and released after posting a $500 bond -- and he still has to tone down his window tinting. Merry Christmas!
Fun fact: Thug's been hit with a lot of karma since that Alaska Air incident. Just sayin'.
