Alexis Sanchez Arsenal wants Chile forward back to London over injury fears

The striker suffered a calf problem in training on Tuesday, November 8 and has been ruled out of Chile’s clash with Colombia.

Arsenal want star striker Alexis Sanchez to return to London following his injury scare while on international duty with Chile.

Sanchez limped out of training while with the Chile national team ahead of the 2018 FIFA World Cup qualifier against Colombia on Friday, November 11.

The striker who has eight goals for Arsenal so far this season suffered a calf problem in training on Tuesday, November 8 and has been ruled out of Chile’s clash with Colombia.
Chile, however, are keeping the forward with the hope that he might be fit to face Uruguay on Tuesday, November 15.
Arsenal, however, want the 27-year-old back to London so their medical team can assess the striker.
Arsene Wenger does not want the striker to play in Chile’s clash against Uruguay as he would love to have him fresh for the Premier League game at Manchester United after the international break.
