Insane Jealous man slits girlfriend's throat for seeing someone else

An extra year student has been accused of slitting his girlfriend's throat out of jealousy.

A student of the department of leisure and tourism of the Adamawa state polytechnic, Yola, has been accused of slitting his girlfriend's throat in a fit of jealousy.

The young lady identified simply as, Ishaya, who is a diploma 2 student of the same department, is said to be in critical condition and is receiving treatment at the specialist hospital Yola.

The Facebook user who shared the shocking story, Mustapha Atiku Ribadu, said the culprit  identified simply as "presido," is an extra year student of the polytechnic.

"On the faithful day "presido" saw his girlfriend Ishaya alighting from somebody's car, where he suspected that the car owner snatched his girlfriend. On seeing the girlfriend coming out of someone's car, he ambushed her very close to the female hostel of the polytechnic popularly known as "gollans" ,after beating her, he used a knife on her throat in an attempt to butcher her. Some students who heard her wailing came to her rescue, though she survived it but she is in a critical condition."It is unknown if the culprit has been  apprehended or the case reported at a police station.
