Netflix You can now chill and watch movies offline with bae

Netflix plans for offline streaming for areas with limited access to Internet or poor Internet like Nigeria.

Netflix has plans to make chilling with your bae with its next move especially for people who are conscious about data usage.

The streaming service will soon make it possible for you to watch movies and TV series offline.

"Now as we’ve launched in more territories… They all have different levels of broadband speeds and Wi-Fi access. So in those countries they have adapted their behaviours to be much more of a downloading culture […] We want to find alternatives for people to use Netflix easily" said Netflix’s Chief Content Officer Ted Sarandos during an interview with CNBC on Wednesday, November 2, 2016.  This new service is for territories that have slow Internet service. This plan will not be available to users in America. The plan has no definite date of release but Sarandos says "looking at it now, so we’ll see when." The sooner the better Netflix launches this feature the greater the chill for some of us. Netflix, launched across Africa on January 6, 2015. It launched in Kenya and South Africa and Nigeria. India, Nigeria, Russia and Saudi Arabia were among the major countries where the service was launched, Chief Executive of Netflix Reed Hastings said at a Consumer Electronics Show keynote in Las Vegas in January.Netflix recently featured some African productions like Kunle Afolayan's "October 1," Emem Isong's "Knocking on Heaven's Door," Biyi Bandele's "Fifty" among others.
